Shipping and returns
Ecohandmade will charge a handling and shipping fee for deliveries in the Italy, Europe and outside Europe.
Shipping
Ecohandmade delivers its orders within a maximum of three weeks through UPS standard and UPS express shipping services. Shipping rates depend on the service of your choice, package weight and delivery address.
Returns
Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Ecohandmade shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days.
